In the midst of the NEET and UGC-NET controversy, a high-level committee on Friday asked parents and students for ideas and suggestions for overhauling the National Testing Agency.

In the wake of the NEET and UGC-NET controversy, the Ministry of Education earlier established a high-level expert council to guarantee the transparent, orderly, and equitable administration of exams.

Feedback and ideas will be sent to the committee, which is led by Dr. K. Radhakrishnan, the former chairman of ISRO, via the following dedicated website: https://innovateindia.mygov.in/examination-reforms-nta.

Feedback from the public is accepted through July 7.

The committee will offer suggestions for improving data security measures, restructuring the examination process mechanism, and enhancing the organization and operation of NTA.

The committee will also thoroughly examine the NTA’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Protocols, making recommendations for strengthening them as well as monitoring systems to guarantee compliance at all levels.

The seven-member committee, led by former Isro chief Dr. K Radhakrishnan, will present its findings to the ministry of education in two months, the government has stated.
