A young rapper from Madhya Pradesh, who made two ‘objectionable’ videos representing himself as the minor boy who knocked down two young techies with his Porsche Taycan, has been issued summons by the Pune Police.

The rapper has been asked by the Pune Police to appear before them for an inquiry.

On Saturday, the Pune Police had registered case against the young Indore-based rapper for “insulting the modesty of women and singing and writing obscene acts” and for making two “objectionable” videos on 17-year-old accused in Porsche accident case.

In the video that went viral, the rapper was seen abusing people in general, and presented himself as the minor who allegedly drove in a drunk state, and crished two techies from Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur, in his Porsche luxury EV.

It also purportedly showed the boy boasting about how he got away with the accident

Talking about incident, police said, the Indore-based rapper prepared two abusive and objectionable videos of the the accident.

How did police found the rapper behind the viral video

A report by Times of India quoted Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar as saying that the cops had tracked down the IP address used in making those posts and that a team would be in Indore to seize the electronic devices used to make and upload the videos.

The senior police officer further said that the youngster will be questioned to ascertain why he made those videos and uploaded them.

Mother of accused teen appeals police to ‘protect’ her son

After the video, shot and uploaded by Madhya Pradesh rapper, went viral, the mother of the 17-year-old Pune Porsche crash accused, appealed to the police to “protect” her son.

In a video message, the mother of the teen stressed that the clip was fake and had nothing to do with her son.

“The video which is being circulated is not of my son. That is a fake video. My son is in the detention centre,” she said.

The accused in the Porsche accident case was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) hours after the accident on May 19. The board had granted him bail, asking him to write a 300-word essay.

Following a public outcry over lenient punishment and the police’s review plea, the JJB on Wednesday remanded the minor, son of renowned real estate developer Vishal Agarwal, to the observation home till June 5.

The teenager’s father and grandfather have also been arrested in connection with the case.
