The duty magistrate then conducted an inquest and ordered the body to be kept in a morgue until further instructions.After confirming his death, the jail medical staff moved the body to Jinnah Hospital for legal procedures and later to Edhi Mortuary in Sohrab Goth.The official said that an autopsy will be conducted under the magistrate’s supervision.Exchange of list of prisoners on New YearIn January, Pakistan and India exchanged lists of nuclear installations and prisoners on New Year’s Day.Both countries shared the lists through diplomatic channels as part of the 2008 Consular Access Agreement. Under this agreement, they must exchange prisoner lists every year on 1 January and 1 July. Pakistan provided India with a list of 266 Indian prisoners in its custody, including 49 civilian prisoners and 217 fishermen.
