The Phalodi Satta Market has predicted a much tighter contest than most exit polls in the Delhi assembly elections.

While most exit polls have predicted a clear majority for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Delhi assembly elections results, the Phalodi Satta Market has predicted that both the parties are neck and neck with 34-36 seats, according to ABP News.

After the counting of votes began at around 8 am on Saturday, the BJP was ahead of the AAP in early trends, according to CNN-News 18.

In Delhi, the BJP is looking to returning to power after more than two decades by counting on anti-incumbency and projecting ruling AAP and its leaders as corrupt. On its part, the AAP is looking forward to a fourth term on the back of its social welfare and developmental promises over the past decade.

While the Phalodi Satta Market has predicted a tight race between the BJP and AAP, top AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodiya, and Chief Minister Atishi are facing tough contests and their victories are not assured.

The election in Delhi has boiled down to a bipartisan contest. In line with exit polls that say the Congress may just get one or two seats if not zero, the Phalodi Satta Market has also predicted that the party may get two seats at most. It is predicting that the Congress may get between zero to two seats.
