2. Time your ab workouts strategically: The best time to work on abs is after exercising larger muscle groups like legs, back, and chest. This approach helps burn calories efficiently and shapes abdominal muscles faster.
3. Target all major abdominal muscles: Focus on the four key muscle groups: Rectus Abdominal, Internal Oblique, External Oblique, and Transverse Oblique.
Incorporate exercises like crunches, cross crunches, leg raises, planks, and side planks to ensure overall abdominal development.
