Senior diplomat Suhel Ajaz Khan, who is currently serving as India’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, has been concurrently accredited as the next envoy to Yemen.
Khan is a 1997-batch Indian foreign service official.
He is expected to take up the assignment shortly, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said in a brief statement.
